The laminated liquid packaging material is created from multiple layers of paper, aluminum, and plastic. It is airtight, and provides an effective barrier against light. The package is most commonly used to store milk, juice, and beverage. At ambient temperature, it can keep the freshness of the contents for 8 to 12 months. Our aseptic packaging method passes flat, unformed packaging material through a heated hydrogen peroxide bath. A hydrogen peroxide concentration of 30% is heated at 70°C for six seconds. Hydrogen peroxide is then eliminated from the packaging material using pressure rollers or hot air.

The packaging material is of multi-layer structure,delivered in reel format.Material components are continuously developed for optimal performance at minimum resource utilisation,following technical developments with our suppliers and in our factories.

Aseptic Packaging Materials are produced through a process of Paperboard, Aluminum Foil, PE coating which involves combining 3 layers PE, 1AL foil,1 layer Paper. Unit gram of paperboard is generally up to 200g/m2, or even reach to 250g/m2. It has good tightness performance, and the AL layer of dense, no organic inclusions can provide excellent sunlight resistance in order to keep the food/milk/juice fresh.
